At Cargo Voyant, we value our customers and strive to provide transparent, fair, and reliable logistics services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our freight and logistics services.
1. Service Cancellations
- Customers may cancel a booking by contacting us at info@cargovoyant.com.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup or shipment.
- For international shipments, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to scheduled dispatch.
2. Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:
- Before Dispatch: A full refund (minus any processing fees) will be issued if cancellation is made before the shipment is dispatched.
- After Dispatch: Once a shipment is in transit, refunds are not available, except in cases of service failure directly attributable to Cargo Voyant.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Cancellations made after the shipment is already in transit.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, weather disruptions, strikes, or third-party carriers).
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, incomplete documentation).
4. Service Failure
If Cargo Voyant fails to deliver a shipment due to reasons directly under our control, we will provide either:
- A full refund of the service fee, or
- A re-shipment at no additional cost, depending on the customer’s preference.
5. Modifications
If you wish to modify a booking (change destination, reschedule pickup, etc.), please contact us at info@cargovoyant.com. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
